Julie Brickman is a Summer Ventures Fellow in the New York office of SJF Ventures. Prior to SJF, Julie was a Director at Teach For America, where she led the national matriculation campaign and served on the corps member selection committee. She was also a Summer Associate at IBM and a Peace Corps Volunteer in Mozambique, where she co-founded and taught a community English school.

Julie recently graduated with an MBA from Columbia Business School, where she served as Co-president of Microlumbia Impact Fund, a student-run impact investment fund. She also holds a BS in Business Management from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
