Andrew Barbour is a freelance writer and editor specializing in very different fields: educational technology and travel. He first covered edtech at Scholastic’s Electronic Learning magazine in the 1980s and, years later, worked at Campus Technology as executive editor. He has also served as editorial director of fodors.com and director of programming for AOL’s Travel Channel.
