Graduway Raises $60 Million to Grow Alumni Relationships Software

Jul 17, 2019

Graduway, a London-based alumni engagement and career services management software for educational institutions and nonprofits, has raised $60 million from private equity firm K1 Investment Management.

Founded in 2013, Graduway will use the money toward growing its footprint in the North American market and expanding its product suite and its customer success team, according to a statement Tuesday. The company helps schools and organizations fundraise, re-engage alumni and provide career guidance and mentoring.

To date, the Graduway has raised at least $73.8 million. The funding from K1 has allowed the company to acquire CampusTap and VineUp, which respectively provide a private social platform for colleges and career mentoring software.

Graduway claims to have over 100 employees in the U.S., U.K., Israel and Canada, as well as 1,000 customers in over 40 countries. Universities that use its services include University of California, Los Angeles, University of Arizona and Columbia University.
