Kinedu Raises $1.1 Million to Help Parents Boost Early-Childhood Skill Development

Dec 5, 2017

KINEDU, a Mexico-based developer of an app that offers content and activities for parents to engage with their children, has raised $1.1 million in a seed round led by Dila Capital, Promotora Social Mexico and Social + Capital. Previous backers Advenio, Stella Maris and the Stanford-StartX Fund also chipped in. Founded in 2013, Kinedu lets parents input information about their child’s cognitive abilities, after which they can choose from a library of more than 1,000 activities and 200 articles to support those skills. More details in the press release.
