Coding Kit Startup SAM Labs Raises $6.75M

SAM LABS, a creator of DIY toys that introduce kids to programming concepts, has raised $6.75 million in a Series A round led by Touchstone Innovations and E15 Ventures. Founded in 2014, SAM Labs currently offers three kits, ranging from $139 to $599 each, that include programmable blocks, software and lesson plans. The company has now raised more than $11 million in funding.
