CURISCOPE, a UK-based startup that creates educational content through an augmented- and virtual-reality app, has raised $1 million in a seed round led by LocalGlobe. According to TechCrunch, the company offers a tee-shirt that someone can wear. When the smartphone camera is pointed at the shirt, the app shows the relevant inner parts of the human body. Other investors in Curiscope include Ascension Ventures, Force over Mass, ustwo Adventure and Richard Fearn.
