STUDENT.COM has raised an undisclosed amount from Breyer Capital, reports Professionals in International Education. Student.com, based in London, is an international student accommodation marketplace founded in 2011 by Luke Nolan.
Breyer’s investment comes two months after the company closed a $60 million combined Series B and C round led by VY Capital and joined by Horizon Ventures, Expa and Spotify founders Daniel Ek and Martin Lorentzon, among others, according to Education Investor. The most recent funds are intended to grow the company’s technology platform, partnerships and global presence.
In 2015 Student.com had over $110 million in bookings, from which the company takes an undisclosed commission.
