ADAPT COURSEWARE has been acquired by Los Angeles, CA-based Fulcrum Labs, a developer of short videos, online courses and data analytics tools for higher-ed and corporate customers, including Allegiant Air. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Prior to the transaction, the two companies were “collaborating on hundreds of hours of multimedia content and tens of thousands of adaptive assessments,” according to the press release.
Founded in 2010, Adapt Courseware, based in Pittsford, NY, developed adaptive curriculum, along with a set of tools, video content and digital assessments used by universities and companies to build online courses.
