CAPITA PLC, which offers business process outsourcing and a range of professional development services, has acquired the Brightwave Group, an e-learning company that creates multimedia lessons for companies. The latter will merge with Capita's e-learning division. Brightwave, founded in 2000, is based in Brighton, UK, and Capita, founded in 1984, operates out of London. Brightwave's senior management team will remain with the business. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
