West Corporation Acquires K-12 Content Management System SharpSchool for $19M

SHARPSCHOOL: Williamsville, NY-based SharpSchool was acquired by Omaha, NE-based West Corporation for approximately $19 million, according to a press release. West Corporation will incorporate SharpSchool, a software-as-a-service solution for K-12, into its SchoolMessenger tool, which offers voice, text and online tools to help educators communicate with parents.
