Embibe Acquires 100Marks for Test Prep in India

100MARKS: Gurgaon, India-based 100Marks was acquired by Mumbai, India-based Embibe. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Since 2012, 100Marks has offered an online platform for students to prepare for the IIT JEE, a university entrance exam in India. Since 2012, Embibe has offered online preparation for tests in India.
