CLASSMATE: Bath, PA-based ClassMate was acquired by Toronto, Ontario-based Harris School Solutions for an undisclosed amount. Harris School Solutions will add the curriculum management tool to its suite, which includes student information system iPASS and custom notification system EZSchoolMsg.com.
