MYONLINESCHOOL: £450,000 (approximately $678,000) to London, UK-based MyOnlineSchool in a seed round from Leaf Investments, Howzat Partners, and angel investors “with backgrounds ranging from eBay, Gumtree, Zoopla, Skype and more,” according to a press release. Since 2011, MyOnlineSchool has operated two online learning sites, MyPhotoSchool and MyGardenSchool, and boasts a course completion rate of 80-90%.
