​Sibling Group Acquires Urban Planet Mobile

URBAN PLANET MOBILE: Austin, TX-based Sibling Group Holdings acquired Durham, NC-based Urban Planet Mobile for an undisclosed amount. Urban Planet Mobile provides English language learning lessons (including one endorsed by the dashing Cristiano Ronaldo) on mobile devices in over 40 countries. Brian OliverSmith, founder and CEO of Urban Planet Mobile, will be CEO and member of the board of Sibling Group. More from CNN Money.
