VOUCHER “OUCH”: Everyone in the U.S. likes to rave about Finland's education system. But not many know that its next-door neighbor, Sweden, is having a fair amount of trouble--especially with vouchers. Slate reported this week on issues with teacher-graded standardized tests in voucher schools and subsequent grade inflation.
