WHIPPLEHILL: Blackbaud, which provides software and services to education and nonprofit organizations in over 60 countries (including 3,500 schools), has acquired New Hampshire-based WhippleHill Communications, Inc. for $35 million. Founded in 1998, WhippleHill provides a variety of data and content management solutions in K-12 private schools, and its team will join Blackbaud’s K-12 education division.
