Mark Cuban Leads Series A Round for Copley Retention Systems

COPLEY RETENTION SYSTEMS: Weston, FL-based Copley Retention Systems has raised an undisclosed Series A round led by Dallas Mavericks owner and Shark Tank shark, Mark Cuban, with Tom DiBenedetto and the Copley founders also participating. Founded in 2011, the company offers colleges a "pliable and malleable" platform in Copley Square, which functions as a private, branded social network with features like online tutoring, video meetup rooms, digital flashcards, quizzes, to help drive student engagement and retention. So far it's been used on 19 campuses, according to the press release.
