Pearson Buys Last Chunk of TutorVista

PEARSON SNAPS UP TUTORVISTA: Pearson said it has acquired the final 20% of Bangalore based online education provider, TutorVista. Pearson made its first investment in TutorVista in 2009 and upped its ownership to a majority stake in January 2011 for approximately $185 million. The company employes 1,300 employees.
