Chris Aviles is a recovering high school English Teacher and the current Edtech Coach for Fair Haven school district in Fair Haven, NJ. He spends half of his day working with teachers and the other half running Fair Haven’s famous Innovation Lab and related Innovation Initiatives.
Chris is a Google Certified Innovator, leader of Google Education Group New Jersey, was one of CTE's top 30 Educators, and is an ISTE Emerging Leader for 2016. He blogs at TechedUpTeacher.com, enjoys using technology to level the educational playing field, and loves gamifying the classroom.
