Wayne Poncia

Wayne Poncia is a former teacher, counsellor, administrator and assistant superintendent of schools. A well-known thought leader on educational innovation in United States and Canada, Poncia was a founder and CEO of Etraffic Solutions, an edtech learning and analytics company and a prominent player in introducing digital learning and education-focused applications in the United States and Canada. Poncia is currently Chief Product Officer of international edtech company Hapara.
