Stepan Mekhitarian has been passionate about instructional technology since his first year in public education. He completed his doctorate on the skills and training needed to effectively implement blended learning and currently serves as Blended Learning and Data Coordinator at Los Angeles Unified School District. He has experience in both charter schools and traditional school districts and holds degrees from UCLA, Harvard, and Loyola Marymount University. In his spare time, he enjoys travel and track days.
