Dr. Kimberly Underwood has nearly two decades of experience in diversity and inclusion education, consulting, research, university accreditation and administration within higher education and government. She currently serves as the university research chair for the Center for Workplace Diversity and Inclusion Research at University of Phoenix (UOPX). She is also a subject-matter expert and lecturer at Georgetown University.
