Jaime Hannans, RN, PhD, CNE is an assistant professor in the Nursing Program at CSU Channel Islands. She has been teaching nursing clinical, classroom and lab courses at CSUCI since January 2009, with 17 years critical care nursing experience. Jaime obtained her BSN and MSN from CSU Chico, and Ph.D. from University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Her research interests are in technology in teaching and learning, online/blended learning, student engagement, reflection, best practices in nursing education, and simulation.
