Cicely Woodard (she/her) teaches Algebra I at Kickapoo High School and is a math faculty member at Reach University in Springfield, Missouri. Woodard was awarded the 2017 Presidential Award for Excellence in Math and Science Teaching Awardee, the 2018 Tennessee State Teacher of the Year, the 2019 NEA Member Benefits for Teaching Excellence Award Winner and a 2022 NEA Foundation Global Learning Fellow. She holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Memphis, a master's degree from Vanderbilt University, and a Doctorate of Education from Lipscomb University.
