katie wills evans is a poet, writer, educator, and graduate student in the Creative Writing Workshop at the University of New Orleans. Her nonfiction has been published in The Progressive and EdSurge, and their short story "Something for the Children" was a finalist for the Writer's Digest 2024 Short Short Story Award.
