Her consulting work for higher education and educational technology companies helps clients measure impact, improve efficiency, and improve student success. As a vice provost at University of Maryland University College, the largest online public open access institution, she lead innovations in adaptive learning, student success and analytics. As a director at Michigan State University, she led integration of emerging technologies in extension, non-credit programs, corporate settings and research projects.
