Cindy is an Extern at Imaginable Futures, working across early childhood and student parent. Prior to joining Imaginable Futures, Cindy worked on the Schools & Talent team at Education Forward DC, a grant-making organization focused on improving K-12 outcomes in Washington, D.C. There she evaluated grant-making opportunities and supported organizations that train and develop educators or improve talent management practices. Previously, she taught second grade in New York City Public School.
Cindy started her career in education and strategy consulting, where her work highlighted the inequities across public and private education systems.
