How to Find An Education Technology Product

This article is part of the guide: Education Technology 101: From Assessments to Zombies.

Pssst: want to learn a secret? There's more--much more--to EdSurge than just the news.

For more than a year, EdSurge has been steadily building our database of product reports. In truth, it's not exactly a secret: you have been able to see our work-in-progress of reviews of products by going to our website.

Now we're trying to make it easier than ever to find products that you'd like to know more about. Here's how:

On the toolbar on top of our homepage, click on "products."

That will take you to our emerging index of edtech products.

There you'll see how we're grouping products. From there, you can browse through the collection of product reports that we've written.

For instance, you can browse Math products, according to different filters (such as age and subcategory). Clicking on any of the tiles will lead you to our emerging product reports.

In addition to this new way of browsing our products, we're incorporating the products from the NewSchools Venture Fund market map. Thanks to everyone who has let us know what companies were left off this--we're aiming to get all those into our Edtech index as well.

If you're a company and you are missing from the marketmap or our index, just fill out this form and you'll be on the list to be included.

Yep, this is still a beta--and we'd love your help in filling it out. Let us know here what you like and what you think is missing from this set of reports. Happy browsing!
