Tracy Edwards, Ed.D, has more than 20 years of experience in teaching, literacy and school leadership.

Edwards currently works as a literacy strategist in southern Nevada where she supports educators and students to enhance learning through coaching, collaboration, and modeling effective instruction. Edwards is also a TeachPlus Educational Policy Fellow where she works closely with other teacher leaders, school officials, and legislators advocating for systemic change by identifying, examining, and making recommendations around educational policies.
