Usage: I would use this product to capture, organize, analyze, and sort observation data given by administrators and other teachers in the school.

Strengths: Some strengths of this program is that it's quick and organized, that allows teachers and administrators to save time when delivering feedback and teachers save time implementing and organizing feedback.

Suggestions for Improvement: To make this product work better, I would implement a student and/or parent feedback option, so teachers can adjust based on student and administrator feedback. Also, allowing for this technology to have a feature for administrators to upload videos while viewing a teacher, so it's a one stop shop for feedback and video footage.

Verdict: I would recommend this product because it's easy to use, very organized, real-time, and actionable. Allows for teachers to make immediate adjustments and take in feedback.

Usage: My district already provides me with a way to read feedback from my principal, but I do like the idea of having everything stored in one place. i will mention it to my principal.

Strengths: The ability to see past evaluations all in one place. The reduction in keeping up with papers on past evaluations

Suggestions for Improvement: I don't know enough about the product to offer any changes that might be necessary. I did enjoy the presentation and the presenter were very knowledgeable.

Verdict: I gives teacher a one stop place to get information on evaluation feedback from principals. However, my school district already has a system in place.

Usage: I have almost 100 teachers to coach at my school, so I would use this to do walk through, informal and formal observations.

Strengths: The highlights are the ease of use, the quick feedback, user friendly, the ability to set up according to the needs of the school, and data provided.

Suggestions for Improvement: Don't really have any

Verdict: The reason I would recommend this is because we have so many teachers to evaluate that we need an easier and more efficient method of documenting the evaluation. Also the methods we used are extremely time consuming and makes it hard for us to complete enough evaluations and give feedback in a timely manner.

Usage: We need an easy and efficient tool to evaluate our faculty. This tool would definitely work for our faculty population of less of 200.

Strengths: The layout of the program is very easy to navigate and we can setup different displays to help us acquire the data we need to conduct meaningful assessments of our teaching faculty.

Suggestions for Improvement: None.

Verdict: The current assessment tools we use are not providing us with accurate data of how effective our faculty are as teachers and critical thinkers inside and outside the classroom.
