Usage: With my Administrator during the Evaluation process. She evaluates me and I reflect and score myself and then we conference to verify and finalize my scores.

Strengths: It allows us (Admin/Teacher) to share Obs data quickly and over the network.

Suggestions for Improvement: Auto prompting to tell me to take action on the next step.

Provide options for additional PD.

Provide more anecdotal information. This may already exist, but my Admin does not put enough information in. I am not sure.

Verdict: I think that it is a fluid method of recording the data and reviewing it in one place. It is nice that we are looking at the same thing at the same time and can debate/argue/explain what was observed.

I DO not like the fact that MNPS does not have a prompt that tells me what I have to do next. My Principal has to remind me to get back into the system and complete the next step. This is a waste of her and my time and slows the process down.

Usage: I would use this product to help keep tack of my personal professional growth.

Strengths: It provides an easy place to find all of your professional documents in one place. It also allows administrators to see how different professional development effects student outcomes. I like that you can chart the exact effects of various elements of the rubric.

Suggestions for Improvement: I would like the platform to have more of a PLC feel where teachers can share professional resources with one another. I would also be able to log on and see which teachers in my school scored 5s in certain areas so that I could reach out to them for resources and support. I would also like to be able to track all of my individual professional development done on my own.

Verdict: I would recommend this product because it allows an easy way to access professional development and evaluation documentations.

Usage: Used for teacher evalutions and ease of compiling data from walkthrough observations.

Strengths: It has the capability of taking some of the cumbersome recordkeeping from the evaluation process.

Suggestions for Improvement: 1. Make it cost effective.
2. Build in the current state model of evaluation and make them talk to one another.
3. Work with state departments to provide this application.

Verdict: Not sure of the support available to fully implement this product. Had less than better support before from this company.

Usage: I use it for my TEAM evaluations

Strengths: I like how this product allows us to score evaluations and document them, rather than going on the CODE website.

Suggestions for Improvement: 1. More ways for teachers to use this.
2. Add Professional Development feature
3. Add some data to the dashboard for administrators to view on their teachers, as well as for teachers to view their own data.

Verdict: We already use this.

Suggestions for Improvement: Make a clear cut price that you can print.
