GOALS:
TEAM(You) is a school wide marketplace that lets students earn digital currency for good behavior, attendance and performance that they can use on meaningful items in the built-in store. The product was designed to improve student engagement and retention and provide teachers and schools the necessary information to keep track of their students.
APPROACH:
Teachers manage all of the students for each of their classes through the web interface and can easily check in each student as on-time, late or absent. In addition to attendance data, teachers can customize the different activities and benchmarks that will earn students points, including good behavior and academic performance. Teachers can easily create reports for individual students so that they can see how they are doing and for what they earned points. Students can then spend these points in the TEAM(You) store on things that are valuable to them. Schools and teachers can track students across the school with aggregated attendance, behavior and performance data.
IMPLEMENTATION:
The TEAM(You) game and tracking data can be accessed through any web-browser.

Schools and districts can purchase TEAM(You) for an annual license of $1,000 per school per year.
