Wanted to add a new, exciting educational Mathematical technology tool to enhance my students' learning!

Product Use: I use SplashLearn as an extra math learning supplement. Students have the option to utilize the program during certain times at school and are reminded to use the program at home as well.

What Worked and What Didn't: The program works great!

We were trying to find an engaging way for students to practice math but also assign math lessons that went along with our current lessons.

Product Use: Splashlearn (Splashmath at the time) fit it perfectly. Students were able to practice their math facts on their own instead of taking paper timed math tests. Students were also able to practice the skills we have been learning in class.

What Worked and What Didn't: It all worked! It was amazing. It was so great, I told everyone I could about it. Facebook, administrators, teachers...everyone. Having the practice right there for students to use made all the difference. My students that practiced were fluent in their math facts and understood concepts we had repeatedly practiced.

I have some students who would otherwise be indifferent or unwilling to do math happily, but spend many hours on SplashLearn made huge strides in their learning, without even realizing, at times, that they were actually doing math.

Product Use: In SplashLearn, the content adapts to the student, so if a student gets a certain type of question wrong a few times, he or she is taken through a different learning path. This is very useful, as though there are many helpers in class helping me individualize the teaching. Even the students who are behind are able to catch up.

What Worked and What Didn't: I found the process of mapping my math teaching plans to SplashLearn very straightforward. Depending on my lesson plan, I could map the exercise and assign it to my students. Their interface is non-judgmental, and it is a very stress-free experience for my students - that to me is a definite plus. Also, my students feel confident about math, and each one of them feels like they can do it. There is nothing that I could think of which didn't work. It's a very engaging program and I recommend it to everyone.
