APPROACH
Teachers first create a template for a course to be graded. For every subject, teachers insert three to five general goals and detailed descriptions for each performance level. When finished creating a template, teachers can choose a student and the subject template they wish to associate with. After uploading an individual student’s work, they drag and drop it under the associated performance level tab best matched. An overall report showing all performance levels in different core competencies of the student is then shown on a dashboard. Teachers can choose to insert text or images for the performance descriptors, and export reports into excel files if needed.
