Overview

PersonalizedPD is an online coaching network for teachers and administrators. It connects classroom teachers and administrators online with experts and master teacher ‘coaches’ around the country. Coaches and educators collaborate on lesson planning and pedagogical goals. PersonalizedPD is available for purchase at a user rate.

APPROACH

Teachers and administrators begin using PersonalzedPD by following prompts to create an account and login. Once logged in, they describe challenges in their classroom, school, or district and areas of focus for desired coaching. PersonalizedPD then matches these educators with an appropriate coach. Educators and coaches meet regularly online through live video meetings to discuss challenges, solutions, and goals.
