Mr. Elmer is a behavior management and attendance platform that enables teachers to share behavior and intervention efficacy data on individual students and analyze culture trends and hallway activity across their entire class and school. Teachers, school leaders and administrators can use the Behavior Manager and Hall Pass tools through any web-browser or mobile device. The product is available for schools to purchase as a site license for anywhere between $10 - $3 per student, depending on the number of students.
APPROACH:
Teachers are able to conduct micro surveys about a student’s behavior in just a few clicks. Then they are able to see how this student is doing across all of their classes and analyze trends in increasing or decreasing focus and behavior in every area. They can apply student-specific interventions and track efficacy through a customizable intervention library. Teachers can also view a single student’s extended behavior trends or view patterns for their entire class or school. Teachers can also use the Hall Pass application to assign students hall passes and have them automatically tracked. All the teachers and staff in a school can see the list of ongoing passes and will be able to intervene if a student is late or missing.
IMPLEMENTATION:
Teachers, school leaders and administrators can use the Behavior Manager and Hall Pass tools through any web-browser.
