Usage: I believe this would be a great tool to help teachers learn how to have difficult conversations with students.

Strengths: This product could save lives by giving teachers conversation simulations to help struggling students.

Suggestions for Improvement: I don't think I would change anything.

Verdict: I believe this may be a better setting than face to face training because it addresses the time issues associated with taking teachers out of the classroom for professional development. I believe it would also be a more comfortable setting to explore difficult conversations.
