FlexTime Manager allows teachers to create, and students to register for, school activity periods. The product was designed to facilitate the introduction of an activity period into the school day. FlexTime is available on a per user per year basis.
Schools use FlexTime to facilitate an activity period; a time of the day where students can select what activity they would like to take part in. Teachers use FlexTime to list the activities that they will be offering to students. Teachers can open these activities to all students, or select certain groups of students that are eligible to participate.
Students use the tool to register for the activity they would like to join. They can make this registration in advance, or update their choice in real time. Once the activity begins, teachers take attendance, which is updated throughout the FlexTime system.
Administrators can track attendance through FlexTime, and roster data enters the system through the SIS. They can also set lists of students who need remediation.
FlexTime is available for purchase on by a school or district leader. Flextime costs $4 per user (students, staff, etc.) per year.
WHO IS USING IT
