Usage: To keep tabs on all of our Data, and keep track of educational goals

Strengths: A lot of useful information allocated in one place. Keeps all of your educational goals and prospective's at hand and updated.

Suggestions for Improvement: The only thing I seen and actually asked about was, if there was in place a way to track if many students keep having progress issues with a certain instructor, would that instructor be pin pointed.

Verdict: Cloud based is very good way of making sure your data is not only accessible, but you have a day to day backup of your information.
Another reason is it keeps track of attendance and patterns.

Usage: to oversee my professors and course users use and progress

Strengths: I haven't used it yet in my online school yet, all though do have future need for this tech. We have students around the world that use our system,

Suggestions for Improvement: I feel the tech ed field should develop standard for navigation and use of student data across all the app's used by class. It i hard to determine the usefulness, if there is no standardized charting. If I had some matrix to use to see the usefulness of this product.

Verdict: I would suggest the administration a test run to see if it meets our wide breadth of user profiles

Strengths: Excited to see a demo at my school site. Seems to be able to use at school site operations level and in the classroom to track student data on multiple levels. Love that students can be grouped.

Suggestions for Improvement: Not sure I have any yet. I want to see the intervention suggestions feature built-out.

Verdict: We need a centralized, informative tool to track student data!

Strengths: It links all student data in one viewable application. This data is extremely valuable to all involved and having it at my finger tips would be awesome

Suggestions for Improvement: I would not change anything at this point. I would make changes based on failure points

Usage: I would not use it. I am suggesting to my ESF that they use this product.

Strengths: Tracking the effectiveness of the LCAP is a fantastic strength. The idea that it also indicates the students needing intervention by tracking assessment data is fabulous. Knowing if the LCAP goals are being met is a huge challenge for districts.

Suggestions for Improvement: None at his time.

Verdict: The product looks like it would make designing and tracking the components of LCAP a lot easier.
