ClassFlow allows teachers to share assignments with students, collect assignments from them when completed, and display student work and other content on a projection. Teachers can use limited features in ClassFlow for free, but most are available for a fee.
APPROACH
Teachers log in to ClassFlow and begin to create lessons right away. These lessons can be created in the program, or uploaded from existing files. Once students have connected to the classroom using a unique class code, the teacher can share interactive activities with the class. Students complete the activities using their personal devices, and can send work back to the teacher when completed. Teachers can then display student work on screens at the front of the room. If using a SmartBoard, students can interact with this work on the display itself.
ClassFlow provides teachers with additional tools to enhance their students’ experience. The tool allows teachers to track students’ assessment results through ClassFlow; this data can be aggregated across students, assessments, or other factors. Teachers can also create differentiated study groups by assigning different lessons to different groups of students.
PRICING
Teachers can sign up for ClassFlow for free; the free package includes the core collaboration feature, as well as polls and student assessments. ClassFlow’s premium version includes additional storage, student accounts and many other features listed here.
