Brightspace LeaP Product Website

Brightspace LeaP by D2L is an adaptive course-building tool that allows instructors to build new adaptive courses or introduce adaptive elements to existing ones. Instructors select learning objectives, content and questions, and then LeaP recommends student learning paths. Instructors can build new courses using existing content and questions or by importing new content from external sources. Instructors can use the courseware when teaching in fully online or blended formats.

Brightspace LeaP’s adaptive functionality considers factors such as learner confidence and self-assessments, time to complete learning exercises, performance on questions within the learning objective and mastery of prior learning objectives. Instructors can add content from outside the courseware, override the grading policies, allow students to skip content that the technology does not think the student has mastered, and resequence content.
