May 2016 LEAP Personalized Learning Teacher Survey

LEAP Innovations is looking for schools and individual educators currently implementing personalized learning practices to participate in the May 2016 LEAP Personalized Learning Teacher Survey. The survey is designed to measure the degree to which teaching practices that promote components of personalized learning are being implemented and provides comparison data from teachers nationally. Specifically, we report on practices aligned to creating and supporting tailored learning experiences, competency based progression, and student agency.
LEAP will be accepting survey applications until May 2nd.
