Chinese Assessment Provider Invests $5M in Master Mind Education

MASTER MIND EDUCATION: Beijing-based ATA Group has invested $5 million in Master Mind Education, founded in 2013 to provide a digital platform that helps K-12 after-school centers in China "manage teaching facilities and resources." The investment "represent[s] a 33% stake," according to the release. ATA provides digital testing and assessment services for a variety of professions, including IT, banking, securities and teaching, and boasts a network of over 3,000 test centers throughout the country. Master Mind Education will integrate ATA's testing technology into its platform.
