VP of Sales- Higher Education and Corporate

Hire Education - San Francisco, California or Remote - Full time

Our client is a leader in the personalized learning space on a mission to change the way people learn. They're on the hunt for a creative sales leader to join their ranks and get their story out there!

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of selling to higher ed institutions
  • 5+ years of leading a team selling SaaS solutions to higher ed institutions
  • 5+ years leading a team of greater than 5 quota-bearing reps
  • Experience with HubSpot or other in-bound methodologies
  • Experience managing a remote sales team
  • Experience maximizing results from phone-based sales
  • Demonstrable history of managing $1M+ quotas
  • Evidence of success in a high-growth SaaS environment
  • Data-driven (ability to dig into the numbers and find areas for improvement!)
  • Collaborative (one-person bands, no need to apply!)
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Quick on your feet & highly adaptable

Preferred: Corporate and Higher Ed market experience

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Working with company leadership to build and execute the sales plan
  • Traveling to present to strategic clients and coach team
