General Qualification
- Fluent or high proficiency in English and fluency in the target language
- Experience and qualification in teaching language
- Access to high-speed internet and a space that can be used as a small teaching studio
- Engaging on-screen presence
- Comfortable navigating multiple edtech apps/platforms at once
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Create sequential unit plans and corresponding lessons if required or adapt existing curriculum
- Teach live lessons to groups of students 1-3 times per week
- Term commitments that span up to 20 weeks
- Monitor student growth through performance assessments and document feedback
