About the role

We are looking for an experienced UX researcher to help us deepen our understanding of the people using our educational products. You will work closely with the Learning Solutions and Marketing teams to identify research questions, design and execute research projects to better understand user needs, and communicate your insights cross-functionally to help guide product decisions.


  • Work closely with Learning Solutions and Marketing teams, other researchers, and senior leadership to craft research questions.
  • Independently design and execute studies that are efficient and useful, using both qualitative and quantitative methodologies as appropriate.
  • Generate data-based insights to guide product development and strategic direction.
  • Communicate data-based insights and advocate for the user in cross-functional contexts.


  • Required BA/BS in Human Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field. Preference for MA/MS/PhD in a human behavior related field (HCI, Psychology, Sociology, Information Science, Economics, Political Science)
  • 3+ years experience in applied product research, including digital products.
  • Experience with qualitative and quantitative user research methodologies (e.g., interviews, focus groups, survey design, concept testing, co-design, etc.)
  • Experience working with higher education and K-12 educators as the end-users.
