Curriculum Associates is looking for a User Interface Designer (temporary – 12 months) to join our Learning Games team. The User Interface Designer will be involved in all aspects of designing learning games with our team, with a strong focus on visual designs and implementation. More specifically, they will work on new game ideas, creating UI for new games and features, creating and exporting icons and in-game assets, implementing and animating assets in Unity, and attending user tests in (remote) classrooms. The User Interface Designer will work closely with our dev team, design team and Design Director. 

Who we are looking for:

• A strong online portfolio showing your skill in User Interface design
• Proven technical skills with Unity, Unreal or other game development software
• An ability to learn technical concepts
• Experience in UI, UX or Interaction design in a digital product field
• Excellent Adobe Suite skills
• A creative and collaborative mindset
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work autonomously
• Passion for helping kids learn

Location: This is a remote position, however, candidates living or planning to relocate near a Curriculum Associates office may choose to work in-person or arrange a hybrid schedule.
