Training and Implementation Specialist

Swivl is the world leader in classroom video technology because our products and tools are easy-to-use, fun to implement, and sustainable for schools. Swivl is seeking a Training and Implementation Specialist to support our customers through initial onboarding and training in our hardware and software solution. Their job is to work closely with the Customer Success and Support Teams to ensure that customers are equipped with the knowledge and training to be successful with Swivl and are satisfied with Swivl’s product. The Training and Implementation Specialist will become an expert in our tools, cheerfully answer customer questions and provide technical assistance with clarity, thoroughness and with a strong attention to detail.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide training and onboarding of our hardware and software to new customers
  • Identify appropriate stakeholders in our customers’ organizations to implement “train the trainer” models in schools and universities
  • Assist new and existing customers with technical support via phone, chat, and email
  • Team with Support to maintain customer knowledge base
  • Team with Customer Success to document learnings, pain points, and goals to establish clear retention goals and progress milestones
  • Assist in creating custom training materials for new customers
  • Collect early customer feedback for process improvement and product feedback

You are/have:

  • 0-2 years experience providing technical support
  • Superb and polite written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Zendesk or similar help-desk software
  • Tech savvy with a knack for learning new tools/apps on the fly
  • Empathetic to customers’ needs and passionate about helping others
  • Persistent and meticulous to drive our customers toward success with our products
