Trainer
Job description
Your main focus, as Virtucom’s Trainer will be to help us build and create our training program and materials. Additionally, you will train our teams with your main objective to quickly teach new members of our service and sales teams the “Virtucom way”. Our ideal candidate will have the ability and passion to help us educate teams. This role would be ideal for a former educator with IT Director or IT Leadership experience. Ultimately our goal is to increase productivity by minimizing ramp up time and having a very defined training process. You must be willing to learn about Virtucom and how we want to ramp up our teams and then help us develop training guidelines and processes.

Base Salary

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
3 to 5 Years’ Experience as an Educator
2 to 3 Years’ in IT Leadership Role
Exceptional written, verbal, phone and presentation skills
Passion to Educate and Help other be Successful
Exceptional Process and Detail Oriented
