We are seeking a Technical Recruiter who is excited to join and scale a rapidly growing Engineering team and help us build an exceptional team.

What will you do as a Technical Recruiter?

  • Coordinate with Pathstream’s recruitment team to support the overall recruitment and hiring process for the engineering department
  • Conduct training sessions and up-skilling sessions for the interview team on best practices in interviewing/hiring
  • Own and implement on-boarding of new engineering team members
  • Partner with external agencies to support supplemental staffing needs across the engineering department
  • Actively communicate and collaborate with engineering hiring managers to understand hiring needs across the engineering organization
  • Support with a variety of department wide efforts and activities as needed
  • Promote and support Pathstream Engineering’s culture of inclusion and diversity

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3 Years of related professional experience
  • Experience in a fast paced, customer centric environment
  • Exceptionally strong interpersonal skills both verbal and written
  • Strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • General understanding of software development preferred or a desire to learn
  • Experience with hiring, interviewing, and on-boarding processes strongly preferred
  • Experience working in external workforce solutions
